A stunning, wonderfully styled space
Waukivory Estate is a beautiful place in an idyllic setting. Duke and Daisy (the resident donkeys) greeted us each morning. Naomi is an excellent host and we totally enjoyed our stay and will be be back!

What a beautiful stay it was!
The kitchen was full of all things needed for the stay, which was extremely helpful since shops were a minimum 30 minutes drive away. The location was so tranquil and was lovely to be able hang with the donkeys! Naomi was also very prompt with any questions we had.

Accomodation on Site
There are two options for accommodation at the property, The Cottage or The Cottage & The Bunkhouse.
The Cottage
The Cottage is perfect for a small group get away of up to 8 people.
The Cottage & The Bunkhouse is great for sleeping up to 18 people.
Accessibility at Waukivory Estate
At Waukivory Estate, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome and connected to nature. Our historic farm stay offers a rustic and authentic experience, though we acknowledge that our location and landscape may limit access for some guests, particularly wheelchair users or those requiring step-free mobility.
Currently, our pathways are mostly natural surfaces with uneven ground, and our farm buildings have steps and standard entries. We’re working to explore ways to improve accessibility over time while staying true to the natural environment.
We strive to offer inclusive experiences where possible. Service animals are welcome, and our team is happy to discuss how we can support sensory-friendly stays, including quieter visit times or gentle activities for guests with sensory sensitivities.
