The Cottage allows for families and groups of individuals to stay with its adaptive bedding arrangements. With the ability to also hire The Bunkhouse for bigger groups up to 18 people that all want to stay in the one location.
The interiors are abundant with the simple country charm of this 100 year old working farm house completely restored. Enjoy the layers of textures inside the home with all the creature comforts are a perfect partner to the untouched farmlands and Waukivory River that curls through the centre of the property.

Our historic farm stay offers a rustic and authentic experience, though we acknowledge that our location and landscape may limit access for some guests, particularly wheelchair users or those requiring step-free mobility. Currently, our pathways are mostly natural surfaces with uneven ground, and our farm buildings have steps and standard entries. We’re working to explore ways to improve accessibility over time while staying true to the natural environment. We strive to offer inclusive experiences where possible. Service animals are welcome, and our team is happy to discuss how we can support sensory-friendly stays, including quieter visit times or gentle activities for guests with sensory sensitivities.
